(Also spelled Chi Nei Tsang) Originated from Taoist practice, abdominal bodywork focusing on the internal organs, promoting detoxification and restoring chi (qi) flow, recommended as part of a holistic detox programme or standalone.

A set of acupressure points around the navel is given pressure, together with gentle rocking, stretching, and shaking to open the flow of energy plus blood and lymph circulation in the abdomen. This allows the process of breathing to engage the abdomen so that internal organs are prompted to work more efficiently. It can be seen as a form of “applied qigong.”

All organs in the abdomen benefit and it also complements other modalities such as breathwork, qigong self practice, yoga and energy work.

Reported benefits include but not limited to: improve digestion, fertility, potency, more flexibility overall and better and deeper breathing etc

Based on ancient practices since the time of the Buddha, this is a gentle, meditative and very effective Thai massage based practice involving assisted stretching movements in rhythm with the client’s body flow and flexibility. It is also called “lazy yoga” as as the client feels like he/she has done yoga while receiving the massage. The release in the physical body can trigger a release at the emotional level as well. This amazing massage activates the natural healing process of the body, and complements other healing modalities. The session is given while the client is fully clothed.
(Mona is at the instructor level of this powerful modality)

Raindrop Therapy is a powerful and non-invasive modality known for supporting spinal health, promoting immunity, cellular detoxification and overall wellbeing.

Only the highest quality Young Living essential oils are applied, diluted with carrier oil.

Combined with focused energy and Mona’s deep bodywork practice, this healing session will leave you energised as well as very relaxed. Some even have gained height because of the lengthening of the spine as a result.

Most clients like the combination of Yoga Massage techniques with Mona’s Raindrop Therapy. However please specify if you prefer a “classic” approach when you book.

Sound healing with Tibetan/Himalayan singing bowl has ancient roots and is as pleasurable as it is effective. It entrains the brain waves into the relaxation and healing state, and the vibrations encourage the body at the atomic/vibrational level to self-organise.

It is non-invasive and can complement any other healing treatments. It is especially effective in “resetting” the nervous system, thus improving sleep and mood. Some bowls are placed around the body and some are placed directly on the body, effecting direct balancing effect on various organ and meridian systems.

The session is given when the client is lying down and fully clothed.
