“Negative” emotions serve important purpose
Discomforts, dis-ease and “negative” emotions are doorway to healing. They serve to alert us something needs attention. Avoidance to feel only takes us away from our true healthy self, depletes our energy and limit our potentials.
When you are well resourced, you can feel and let stuck emotions be processed and so you can restore your optimal vitality. Ancients have always known stuck emotions stop flow of life energy.
What will you do in this session:
This is a efficient group healing session while you are guided to pick an area (or more) of your life you are challenged with, gently access “negative” emotions associated with it, discover the origin of it, and then you will be shown how you can assist the release of the emotions and let your innate wisdom come through. Clearing on the physical, biofield, and quantum levels will be enabled. You can also reprogramme beliefs formed from distressful events, from pre-verbal birth trauma, or even inherited transgenerational trauma with Anita’s guidance.
In this session, various healing modalities will be applied in sequence:
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Meridian Tapping)
- AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique)
- Breathing technique
- Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
Will I lose conscious control in the session?
You will be gently guided by hypnotic technique and healing sound to enable you to access a deeper level of your awareness for you to gain healing insight, and/or to reprogramme beliefs of your choice easily. You will be conscious and aware. Some may drift into very deep relaxation towards later part of the session. And you will be led back to your regular awareness
