Shallow breathing and all kinds of dysfunctional breathing patterns develop from distressful moments in life, contributing to our anxiety, state of lack, emotional and physical imbalance. Often our BODY gets locked into certain states and responses to stress. It takes conscious effort to re-educate the body.

Ancients have always known stuck emotional trauma stop the flow of life energy. Unresolved emotions from various experiences in our life need to be digested and processed, just like your last meal…. Memories in the body (especially pre-verbal ones) may very well be limiting how you literally take in LIFE and all that is fulfilling in life.

This session will resource you to more effectively release and transform what has been weighing you down. Many have found this experience to access what other forms of therapy does not reach.

What will you do in this session:
This is an efficient session that you will achieve multiple benefits in a short amount of time. Anita and her team will be using multiple tools and techniques including but not limited to:

Guided breathing, carefully curated music, live drumming, therapeutic essential oil, hypnotic and energy healing techniques, to facilitate participants to

  • Experience emotional catharsis in a safe environment
  • Connect with their inner guidance
  • Be energised and balanced
  • Experience non-ordinary states of consciousness of deep connection and oneness that is transformational

Each session is different, even for the same person. But often people find that they can release very deep seated holding patterns such as those from pre-verbal birth trauma or even transgenerational trauma. People find it much easier to release limiting beliefs and reset with new more empowering beliefs when they can reach deep into their subconscious and engage the body to clear its memory.
A Bio-resonance programme designed for supporting physical and emotional balance and trauma release is also amplified by Rayonex Duplex to all participants in the room (effect similar to having a private Bioresonance Harmonisation), ensuring maximum integration effect.

Will I lose conscious control in the session?
The effect cabe likened to hypnosis in that you are in an altered state but you are aware and in control, and this experience is often described by participants as more grounding because of its somatic nature, meaning you are engaging your body and sensations. Participants appreciate the expanded state they are in. You are also encouraged to follow your body’s impulse to stretch or move spontaneously to support your release and readjustment.

About the facilitator:
Anita Cheung is an experienced health practitioner and transformation specialist since 2005, founder of iLiving (formerly i-Detox) Wellness centre in Hong Kong. Her training spans across multiple modalities including Nutrition, Bio-resonance, Breathwork and Trauma Release, Aromatherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), coaching, AFT (Aroma Freedom Technique), Family/ Systemic Constellation, to name a few. Anita’s fascination with the power of the breath started before she became a health and personal development professional. Around 2000, she first experienced how changing her breathing pattern healed her chronic adult onset asthma. Subsequently she has also learnt just as one diet does not fit all people and all situation, so does breathing method. How is this date significant for doing inner work?
Doing the right thing at the right time….
When you do the right thing at the right time, and with intention, your results can be achieved much faster.

The Universe and us share a common electro-magnetic nature and connection and the Universe so as our body system is holographic. Ancients have observed the principle “as above so below” and wisdom has been gleaned on “doing the right things at the right time” based on planetary alignment and this is so that we can have maximum efficiency and flow. The most common is observing the moon phases as the moon is closest to us (and we already know our tidal cycle and especially women’s monthly cycle are closely tied to moon phases for example.) Other planets that farther from us and slower moving can affect us and world affairs in more subtle ways or affect us in longer cycles than the moon phases for example. This systemic and holistic understanding underlies the I-Ching and other texts of ancient wisdom.
