Sales Policy
To order from i-Detox, you must set up an account with us. You must be over the age of 13. If you are not, please rely on a parent or guardian to assist you. The personal details that you provide are governed by a strict privacy policy. Please see the Privacy Policy section of this agreement.
When you order from us, you will be asked to create an account and a password. This password should be kept confidential as you will be responsible for all orders that are submitted under your password. You agree to notify i-Detox immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

However, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by i-Detox or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
If you suspect that your password is no longer safe, please change your password immediately following the steps as prompted by our system.
While we will take every precaution to avoid any security breach of Site and our information management system, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any security breach of our Site and information management system.
Membership
Any new customer who sets up an account with us will automatically become our “Regular Member”. Regular Member will pay the listed retail price for products and services.

i-Detox reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in Hong Kong dollars.
Order Acceptance
Prices and availability of products and services on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and i-Detox reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
i-Detox reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Information
i-Detox delivers every day of the week, including Sundays. Order cut-off is 12:00pm for next day delivery. Delivery will be arranged after full payment has been received. Delivery may be expected before 6pm the next day.
If you would like to have delivery on a Sunday, please place your order by Friday 6pm.
There will be no deliveries on public holidays or during “Acts of Nature” (including Black Rain warning or when a Typhoon Signal 8 has been raised or notice has been given that it will be raised during the day)
Equipment may take slightly longer for delivery. Please inquire at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refund Policy
- i-Detox will be pleased to exchange any faulty appliances for new ones provided that they are unused and in their original packaging and in new condition, within one week of purchase.
- Non-refrigerated products can be exchanged for store credit if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging and in new and saleable condition within one week of purchase. We regret that products requiring refrigeration are not exchangeable or returnable.
- i-Detox does not issue any refunds for any products sold or services delivered.
- i-Detox reserves the right to final decision in case of any disputes.
Event Registration and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your spot to our event. A confirmation email will be issued.
1. In the event of typhoon #8 or “Black Rain Storm” signal up to 4 hours before the event, or other unpredictable or emergency situations, the event will be cancelled and you will be notified by email. A new date will be announced by email in due course.
2. If you cannot attend an event you have been registered to, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice equivalent to one working day. Your paid event fee will be transferred to be store credit and an email will be sent for your record.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the event fee you have paid to cover administration and ingredient costs.
3. You are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you are unable to attend a scheduled event. In such case, please give us your friend’s contact details (full name and contact phone number) to us for re-registration.
4. If you are unable to attend a re-scheduled event you may request store credit in equivalent amount to event fee paid and an email will be sent for your record.
5. i-Detox reserves the right to final decision in case of any disputes.
