Cancellation & Refund Policies
We value your time and understand that plans can change. We are committed to providing a supportive and flexible environment for our clients to enjoy our services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below. Our goal is to make this process as clear and straightforward as possible!
Notice of Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the consultation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Refund Policy: To receive a refund for an appointment booked (instead of receiving a credit), a HK$100 fee will apply to cover our administration cost. Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment during our working hours.
Notice of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class start time to receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of the class, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your payment.
No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend a class without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Credit for Future Classes: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may choose to receive a full credit towards a future class instead of a refund.
Exceptions: We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you encounter an emergency or significant issue, please reach out to us, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
