“Qi” means Energy. “Gong” means Practice.

Qigong is Energy Practice (Exercise) originating from ancient China and is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and internal awareness practice, with its main purpose is to support for health and wellbeing. “Qi” is the life force energy that permeates all conscious living systems on the energetic level and it responds to our intention.

The practice of Qigong (also spelled “Chi Gong”) cultivates resilience on the physical, emotional, and mental levels, and facilitates spiritual development. It cultivates balance and efficiency, central to Chinese wellbeing philosophy.

The objective of this offering is to empower anyone with any fitness level who are interested in proactive self care, in expanding the resilience of their nervous system and overall body, or in recovery from health conditions.

Learn to practise Qigong

You can learn Qigong one-on-one by booking in your chosen timing, or join our regular classes with no more than 5 or 6 in a class. The small group format allows every student to receive personalised guidance. Committed students can attend three times a week and are most likely to see significant all-rounded improvement within a 2-3 months. If you can only attend once a week it is still beneficial. To practice at home only 15 minutes a day is sufficient for you to see the benefits.

The classes are friendly to beginners and all levels. With the small class format, each participant can join in any time and our instructor Lawrence will suggest practice customised for you.

Lawrence Tse

Lawrence Tse has practised Qigong for more than 30 years and has about 20 years in teaching it. He has taught Qigong to people of all ages privately or in groups. His youthful appearance and energy is testament of the effectiveness of his practice.

He understands the challenge for maintaining an effective practice in today’s lifestyle and he has designed this programme by integrating what has proven to work and easy to practise, especially for beginners and for busy people.

$350/1.5hr class

– 5 x class $1650 (to be used within 5 weeks)
– 10 x class $3100 (to be used within 10 weeks)
– 20 x class $6000 (to be used within 12 weeks)*
– 30 x class $8400 (to be used within 18 weeks)*

*You will also enjoy a private Qigong Healing or Qigong Instruction session with Master Lawrence worth $2340 (1.5h) for committing to either of these packages.
