Qigong
What is Qigong?
In Chinese, “Qi” means Energy, “Gong” means Practice.
Qigong is Energy Practice (Exercise) originating from ancient China and is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and internal awareness practice, with its main purpose of supporting for health and wellbeing, and ultimate purpose being spiritual union with Tao/Dao (the original “way”). It is also sometimes spelled “Chi gong”. At its core, Qigong harnesses the life force energy, known as ‘Qi,’ that permeates all conscious living systems an energetic level, responding to our intentions.
