“Caramel”-like Lucuma Ice-cream (raw vegan)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Peruvian Harvest Lucuma powder

1 cup soaked cashews


1 Tbsp vanilla powder

1/4 cup Peruvian Harvest Yacon Syrup or coconut nectar


1 cup water

Pinch of Himalayan salt




How to make:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a Blendtec blender or a high speed blender

2. Pour into container and place in freezer overnight
