Is our healing similar to Life Coaching?

Our definition of “integrative healing” includes both coaching AND healing.

While coaching is often future-based, healing involves resolving and integrating the past. Truly integrating the past makes further coaching effective. It takes different processes from coaching to integrate the past. 

How is it different from conventional psychotherapy?

We begin our work from the focus of your wholeness. We do not and are not qualified to label any “mental disorder”. We see what is considered to be “disorder” as originating from normal responses to surviving trauma, to restore safety, and to move towards more wholeness itself. These are usually clever strategies that once served an important purpose in your life. While we may give behavioural recommendations, we do not focus on changing the behaviours but we focus on supporting you to self-resource, and so we can safely go deeper and shifting the context where the dysfunctional behaviours arise.

Our clients have let us know that our approach is generally more root-cause focused and time efficient than conventional psychology. 

The mind is not just the brain…

We recognise the intimate connection between your nutritional state, your digestive system and your nervous system. With increasing scientific study on the “enteric nervous system” (the autonomic nervous system in the gastrointestinal tract), we recognise that your internal biochemistry given by your diet has a direct effect on the production of your neurotransmitters in your gut first, which contribute to how you experience life. With our long experience in bioresonance technology we are also well informed in how electro-magnetic pollution affects the functioning of your nervous system and we provide solutions. Our definition of the “human mind” is broader than that in conventional psychology. And we address the broader “mind” with appropriate tools.

And as science has now established there is more communication from the gut to the brain than the other way around, we recognise and respect your “gut feeling”. We recognise how we feel in the “gut” and on our instinctual level first and our cranial brain tries to make sense of our “feelings”. We recognise that we begin to “feel” before we begin to verbalise how we feel.

Our approach incorporates latest developments in neuroscience and somatic trauma healing. We support you to safely explore the patterns below your cognition, to build up your resource, expand the resilience of your nervous system and your body-mind, so that you are empowered to self-heal and embody a new and more functional and aligned version of you.

We are trained to work with intergenerational trauma and pre-birth and birth trauma – and we combine the use of the latest informational field technology TimeWaver® Pro and healing practices steeped in ancient wisdom to address and shift imbalances stemming from before you came to the world – working with ancestral, pre-birth and birth process related trauma with appropriate techniques. And we see that you do not just inherit trauma from your family system, you also can receive resourcing from it. Our method may sometimes be described as “modernised Shamanic”. 

We are also known for the practice Family and Systemic Constellation. 

Post Traumatic Growth is possible with the right facilitation

We give you space and tools to process past trauma. We are confident of your potential for “post traumatic growth”. 

Our healing approach can be described to be likened to integral (based on wholeness and growth) and transpersonal psychology. We recognise the effect of “karma” (as forces of cause and effect in the quantum field) and the importance of resourcing and aligning with the “soul”…

Individuals in the helping profession generally have strong empathy, which makes them good with that they do. And they can also become depleted as a result if they forget to recharge themselves. Anita believes that the most important prerequisite for anyone's healing effectiveness is their own dedication to self-development and healing, which makes them a vessel as clear and neutral as possible, channelling universal healing energy, instead of donating their own, in their healing facilitation.

Anita is the healer of healers. Her clientele includes a wide range of health and health practitioners from medical doctors to holistic healers, from yoga teachers to aspiring healers.

Anita considers herself “healing facilitator” instead of “healer” because she sees everyone being their own “healer” and her job is simply to facilitate the necessary processes. 

Curiosity and strong drive to understand all the causes of sufferings and challenges in life, from health to leadership, has been fuelling Anita’s long-time exploration on multi-dimensional healing and personal development.

Due to the deeply transformative nature of how we work, after the initial 1 – 3 sessions, you do not need have frequent sessions – weekly or even bi-weekly. While some may wish to have weekly short coaching (15-30 mins) to stay on track.

Our goal is to to facilitate shifts that have long term effect, instead of developing a co-dependency.

If you also have a chronic physical health condition, return visit can be roughly monthly. After 3 – 6 months, you will generally go into maintenance mode and be using self healing tools, without the need for frequent revisits.

With Anita’s continuous refinement of her healing capacity and the use of latest quantum technologies, session time required has been decreasing. What used to require multiple sessions now only require one to two sessions.

Healed deeper causes of advanced cancer

Profound online healing

Chronic bronchitis and backache instantly gone

I have been suffering from chronic bronchitis and I have used everything I have (essential oils, drugs, etc) but only to temporary relief. I was exhausted due to blocked respiratory passages. The lack of air was so acute that a few days earlier I had resorted to using an oxygen machine, which helped, but only briefly.

Half way through our healing session, I suddenly expelled a thick lump of phlegm. As I left, I found myself inhaling deeply - my respiratory passages were obviously clear - for the first time in a fortnight. I felt clear headed, energised and better than I had in weeks. The next morning my husband commented that my colour has returned. 20 days after I am feeling as clear as that morning after seeing Anita.

Another time I came to Anita for bioresonance with chronic backache. I usually could not lie flat without pain. She combined bioresonance and energetic healing. And I noticed the pain was gone, even as I was lying flat.

A rare intuitive healer

My son is nine years old, and before working with Anita, he was somewhat over-dependent on me. I wanted him to sleep in his own bed and learn simple household chores. Additionally, he often saw entities, which concerned me.
