What is QIGONG
In Chinese, “Qi” means Energy, “Gong” means Practice.
Qigong is Energy Practice (Exercise) originating from ancient China and is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and internal awareness practice, with its main purpose of supporting for health and wellbeing, and ultimate purpose being spiritual union with Tao/Dao (the original “way”). At its core, Qigong harnesses the life force energy, known as ‘Qi,’ that permeates all conscious living systems an energetic level, responding to our intentions.
