120-minutes Systemic Constellation with Coaching
This unique offering integrates Systemic Constellation, a powerful method that provides insights from higher systems, uncovering hidden dynamics and root causes that are often inaccessible through conventional means. By working with the information field with Timewaver® quantum technology and our founder’s unique integrative systemic constellation facilitation, you are supported to cut right to the core of long-standing challenges, offering the potential for real breakthroughs in areas such as relationships, health, life purpose and business growth and prosperity.
A key benefit of this approach is the ability to find resolution to deeply rooted issues that have resisted change, allowing clients to experience profound shifts and lasting transformation.
With Anita’s trauma-sensitive facilitation and broad expertise in healing modalities, clients are guided safely through their transformation, aligning cognitive, emotional, and instinctual levels, ensuring a more complete transformation.
The package includes facilitation of a deep systemic constellation (usually around 90 minutes) and in person or online support session for integration and coaching, usually one to three weeks after.
What’s Next After Completing Your First Month of Kickstart Coaching & Healing?
- Please stay in touch during the first month kickstart period to ask questions and give feedbacks, so we may best support you, and return for review and finetuning.
- If your programme involves habit change, you can receive continuous support to implement the recommended actions by booking regular (e.g. weekly) short review and coaching sessions to keep you on track. Minimum session duration 15 minutes (by Zoom) or 30 minutes (in person).
- When your starting challenge is resolved or has improved after the first month, you can plan to return every 4-6 weeks, or even 6-8 weeks later. This will be suggested at the end of your session.
- After experiencing Root Cause Healing, many clients find that they do not require frequent consultations as they have experienced improvement or complete transformation from their original issue. They may return for further private healing and coaching every 4 to 8 weeks, or as required. They may also return for monthly group healing (breathwork and constellation workshop) and/or have taken up regular health maintenance weekly practice, e.g. yoga, pilates or Qigong at iLiving, while they are in the maintenance phase.
- The healing process is never linear. Often it’s cyclical. Don’t be surprised to discover that you can receive another layer of healing and transformation support after initial improvement!
