i-Detox values its customers and respects their privacy.

Our privacy policy is in compliance with the new Hong Kong Personal Data Privacy Ordinance which has come into effect since 1st April 2013.

We do not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us online or offline to third parties.

How we collect personal information on you includes but is not limited to one of these ways: when you make an enquiry with us, attend our events, make purchases, sign up to our services, meet us at off-site marketing events, at networking events, sign up on our newsletter through the one of our websites, our social media and so on.

You are under no obligation to provide any personal data. However, so that we are able to provide you services and products, the minimum information we would request is your name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address (in the case of delivery of products you have requested).

We will use the personal information you have provided us to share relevant healthy information, product and services updates with you.  We will also use it to remind you of your appointment, to follow up with you on products and services you have purchased and to communicate non-marketing announcements.

Starting from April 2013, before you are added to our email newsletter list, you will receive a confirmation email for you to confirm your consent and specify your reading preferences.

If you engage in our detox and wellness programs or health consultation, we will require further information from you including your age, dietary and lifestyle habits and health history. For the purpose of providing the best possible service to you, with your permission, we may share your personal health information with the health practitioner who have referred you to us or whom we refer you to.  You will always be consulted before we share your confidential information with other health practitioners.

All our staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and treat your personal details in confidence.

You can opt out of our marketing communications by email or by using the “unsubscribe” link in all our marketing emails.

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13.  By accessing this site, you have represented and warranted that you are either over 18 years of age or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
