For the purpose of providing the best possible service to you, with your permission, we may share your personal health information with the health practitioner who have referred you to us or whom we refer you to. You will always be consulted before we share your confidential information with other health practitioners.
All our staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and treat your personal details in confidence.
